Graceful and timeless, this two-tier vanilla cake from Alyssa’s Kitchen was created to celebrate Belinda & Vic’s wedding at the stunning Grow Wild Flower Farm. Measuring 7 and 9 inches, both tiers were made completely nut-free and gluten-free, ensuring every guest could enjoy the soft, delicate vanilla flavour without compromise.
Covered in smooth OTT buttercream fondant, the cake was finished with elegant piping details that added texture and refinement. Adorned with fresh white roses, the design was kept beautifully simple, allowing the chosen topper to truly shine.
Belinda was very specific about her vision and sourced the exquisite swan toppers herself—two elegant swans nestled together to form a heart. This romantic detail transformed the cake into a true symbol of love and unity, perfectly suited to the occasion.
Held on Good Friday, this cake reflected the couple’s style with both grace and meaning. The thoughtful combination of flavour, finish, and personal touches created a centrepiece that was as heartfelt as it was beautiful.

After 25 years in corporate and a significant life experience, I decided I’d follow my passion – making beautiful cakes and desserts and I'm loving it!
I’ve always loved entertaining and making things that not only taste delicious but also look beautiful. Being always the one asked to ‘bring dessert’ – I started experimenting and developed a passion for baking. I delight in seeing and hearing people are happy, enjoying eating all the things I created. The best compliment is being referred to as a ‘cake magician’! Whilst I had been cooking for many years inspired by my grandmother, I developed my Patisserie skills further by completing a certification with Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, so I could deliver the best for my customers.
