White Palette & Diagonal Floral Cake by Alyssa’s Kitchen

Classic and refined, this three-tier wedding cake was created for Susanne & Nick’s celebration at the beautiful Briars in Burradoo. Featuring 8-inch, 9-inch, and 10-inch tiers in a combination of rich chocolate mud and smooth white chocolate mud, it offered both decadence and harmony in flavour.

Covered in white buttercream with a soft horizontal palette finish, the design exuded understated sophistication. A stunning diagonal arrangement of fresh blooms—carefully chosen and provided by the couple from Mittagong Flower Market—added natural elegance and flow to the finished piece.

Elegant in form and timeless in detail, this cake was a true reflection of love and artistry, crafted with care by Alyssa’s Kitchen.
