Chocolate Mud & White Rose Cake by Alyssa’s Kitchen


Timeless and romantic, this two-tier creation from Alyssa’s Kitchen was crafted for Declan & Jess’s wedding at the stunning Robertson Hotel. Featuring 7-inch and 8-inch tiers of decadent chocolate mud cake, it was finished in natural buttercream for a soft, understated look.

Adorned with six exquisite Colombian white roses, the wedding cake itself stood out as a graceful centrepiece, perfectly balancing rich flavour with elegant simplicity. Together, the cake and cupcakes created a thoughtful and inclusive display—an edible reflection of the couple’s beautiful celebration.
