Simple, refined, and full of meaning, this two-tier design was created to celebrate Priscilla & Jane’s wedding. Featuring 8-inch and 10-inch double-height tiers of classic vanilla cake with natural buttercream filling, it was finished in smooth white buttercream for a timeless and elegant look.
The couple personally designed their monogram topper, which was beautifully printed onto fondant and framed with delicate buttercream piping—a thoughtful touch that made the cake truly their own.
Having first met Priscilla and Jane at the Robertson Public House & Kitchen Wedding Expo in 2023, it was such a joy to bring their vision to life. I even baked a fresh Victoria sponge the morning of their wedding, ensuring every detail was made with care.
Crafted with love and simplicity, this cake was an elegant reflection of their story—beautiful, personal, and full of heart.
After 25 years in corporate and a significant life experience, I decided I’d follow my passion – making beautiful cakes and desserts and I'm loving it!
I’ve always loved entertaining and making things that not only taste delicious but also look beautiful. Being always the one asked to ‘bring dessert’ – I started experimenting and developed a passion for baking. I delight in seeing and hearing people are happy, enjoying eating all the things I created. The best compliment is being referred to as a ‘cake magician’! Whilst I had been cooking for many years inspired by my grandmother, I developed my Patisserie skills further by completing a certification with Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, so I could deliver the best for my customers.
