Sticky Date & White Chocolate Mud Cake by Alyssa’s Kitchen

Timeless and elegant, this two-tier creation from Alyssa’s Kitchen was crafted for Ashleigh & Michael’s wedding at the breathtaking Mali Brae Farm. Featuring 7-inch sticky date and 9-inch white chocolate mud tiers at 1½ height, the cake was finished in natural buttercream with a soft semi-naked effect.

Adorned with delicate blooms by Blush and Blooms Floral Studio, the florals added romance, texture, and a touch of colour—perfectly complementing the rustic charm of the venue.

Graceful in design and rich in flavour, this cake stood as a stunning centrepiece, a sweet reflection of Ashleigh & Michael’s beautiful celebration.
