A celebration of timeless beauty, this three-tier vanilla cake from Alyssa’s Kitchen was created as a stunning centrepiece for Jewel & James’ wedding day. Measuring 6, 8, and 10 inches, each single-height tier is filled with soft vanilla layers and a natural buttercream filling, offering a light and delicate flavour that is as delicious as it is classic.
Covered in smooth OTT fondant, the cake was designed in pristine white, allowing the floral arrangement to truly shine. Adorned with an exquisite cascade of fresh blooms, the placement combined soft blush roses, creamy whites, warm peach, and delicate greenery to create a striking yet elegant display.
This cake was crafted to reflect the beauty of the couple’s celebration—from their ceremony at the charming chapel at Hartzer Park, decorated with flowers by Taylor Made Bouquet, to their reception at the stunning Centennial Vineyard Restaurant. Every detail tied seamlessly into the day’s romantic and refined aesthetic.
The combination of simple vanilla flavours, flawless white fondant, and breathtaking florals created a design that was both elegant and memorable. This cake perfectly embodied Alyssa’s Kitchen’s philosophy of crafting bespoke cakes that balance beauty, flavour, and personal meaning.

After 25 years in corporate and a significant life experience, I decided I’d follow my passion – making beautiful cakes and desserts and I'm loving it!
I’ve always loved entertaining and making things that not only taste delicious but also look beautiful. Being always the one asked to ‘bring dessert’ – I started experimenting and developed a passion for baking. I delight in seeing and hearing people are happy, enjoying eating all the things I created. The best compliment is being referred to as a ‘cake magician’! Whilst I had been cooking for many years inspired by my grandmother, I developed my Patisserie skills further by completing a certification with Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, so I could deliver the best for my customers.
