Three-Tier Vanilla, Red Velvet & White Chocolate Mud Cake By Alyssa’s Kitchen
A romantic, softly styled creation, this three-tier wedding cake was crafted for a celebration at the picturesque Montrose House. Featuring a flavour trio of 6-inch vanilla, 8-inch red velvet, and 10-inch white chocolate mud—each tier at 1½ height—the cake was finished in smooth white buttercream for a timeless, polished look.
Fresh florals were placed on every tier, creating a gentle cascade of colour and texture. Their soft peach, blush, and ivory tones added warmth and charm, perfectly complementing the venue’s elegant atmosphere.
It was an unforgettable day for more than one reason—the weather was hot, humid, and rainy, and I sat freezing under blasting air-conditioning to keep the buttercream flawless! But the cake stayed perfect (that’s the main thing!), and the flowers travelled safely to their destination.
Graceful, meaningful, and full of personality, this cake was a true celebration of the couple’s special day—crafted with care, patience, and a whole lot of love.
At Alyssa’s Kitchen, every cake is thoughtfully made to ensure it becomes a beautiful part of the story it’s created for.
