White Cascading Floral Cake by Alyssa’s Kitchen

 

Elegant and timeless, this two-tier double-height creation was designed for a wedding celebration at the stunning Melross & Willows Estate in Kangaroo Valley. Featuring 8-inch and 10-inch tiers of gluten-free vanilla cake, it offered both beauty and inclusivity without compromise on flavour.

Covered in smooth white buttercream for a flawless finish, the design was elevated with a cascading arrangement of seasonal white blooms. Flowing gracefully down the front, the flowers created a soft, romantic texture—perfectly suited to the serene and natural surroundings of the venue.

A refined statement of purity and grace, this cake captured the essence of a modern wedding classic—crafted with care and artistry by Alyssa’s Kitchen.
